Giant new office building approved for Regina

REGINA – City council in Regina has given the green light to a proposal to construct one of the biggest office buildings in Saskatchewan.

More than 37-thousand square metres would be available in the downtown building (on Rose Street between 11th and 12th Avenues).

The proposal for the office tower is the second one to be put forward, after the original plan approved two years ago didn’t get off the ground.

Mayor Michael Fougere suggests national and international companies could be tenants, but he won’t reveal details.
