SASKATOON – The Saskatoon Blades are looking to get back in the win column as they host the Regina Pats Friday night on Global TV’s Toque Toss Night.
Fans are being encouraged to bring new or gently used toques, mitts and scarves to Credit Union Centre this evening. When the Blades score their first goal, please let the winter wear fly.
All gear collected will be handed out throughout the city and surrounding area to people in need this winter.
The Blades lost 3-1 to the Edmonton Oil Kings on Tuesday, falling for the seventh consecutive game.
Tonight’s matchup marks the third meeting of the season between the Blades and the Pats. Regina won both times but the scores were close.
