MONCTON – RCMP say a 29-year-old Sackville, N.B. man faces charges in connection with two armed robberies at the same gas station.
Police say Jessie Wheaton appeared in a Moncton court Wednesday to face charges following armed robberies at a gas station on Main Street in Sackville.

The robberies occurred Tuesday and on Nov. 28.
Police say in both a man armed with a knife demanded money from the clerk before fleeing.
Police say Wheaton will remain in custody until a bail hearing on Friday.
