Foreign dignitaries have begun arriving in South Africa for Tuesday’s memorial for Nelson Mandela at a stadium in Johannesburg.

Others onboard Harper’s plane were NDP Leader Tom Mulcair, the head of the Assembly of First Nations, and the premiers of Nova Scotia, Alberta and the Yukon.
Mandela died Thursday at the age of 95.
