Mayor Tim Thomas has been mostly cleared in an ethics investigation into his use of city resources. Thomas was acquitted on three of four allegations involving the use of a city credit card for gas and meal expenses, but one violation was partially upheld. The ruling came just days before voters head to the polls. Felicia Parrillo reports.
