We will hear from Danielle Reed, an authenticity coach, author, and high school counsellor whose self-described purpose in life is “to bring laughter and optimism to everyone she meets.” Danielle will be speaking to us about finding more joy and ease in our life by aligning ourselves with what matters, choosing self-compassion over self-criticism, and embracing imperfections. Then hop up and put that athleisure chic outfit to good use at one of our breakout sessions – enjoy a fitness, yoga, meditation, or nutrition break.
