The Mindfulness in Motion (formerly known as Yoga in the Park) is an outdoor event that will take place on Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 11:00 – 12:30 at Queen Elizabeth Park. This is a fun and active fundraising event to bring together individuals and families within the ADHD community to enjoy a Yoga/movement and mindfulness program. The cost for a lovely, relaxing and fun Yoga/movement class in a beautiful outdoor setting is $10 per person and $20 per family. These funds or any donations are used to increase our services to the ADHD community.
