We are walking together in celebration and awareness of the importance of mental and emotional wellness. We so often talk about mental health in a negative connotation as having mental health “challenges” and while we all have emotions and emotional health we need to take care of, we’d like to shift this to celebrating mental health ‘wellness’ and how, with proper supports, we can all be emotionally health and well. We are all about HOPE and CONNECTION.
