Participants will learn what each of these terms really means and how mental health literacy helps us respond and support youth more effectively.
Then, Dr. Cailey Hartwick from the Luna Centre will explain more about how Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms may present in youth and how we can best support those experiencing PTSD.
