UBC Graduate students of the Chemical & Biological Engineering 588 Carbon Capture Course are hosting a virtual showcase on Tuesday, April 4th 4-5PM PST where they will present different perspectives on new Carbon Capture, Sequestration, and Utilization (CCUS) technologies in the Canadian market that seek a path that is aligned with Net-Zero goals. Students will demonstrate their depth of knowledge and rigor in solving complex issues within the exciting and emerging field of CCUS technologies. Their term-wide projects contribute to broader aims of tackling climate change through CCUS development by decarbonizing industry and greening the economy, all while creating a prosperous and inclusive society on the local, national and global scale.
