Herald the festive season with three cantatas from Bach’s sublime Christmas Oratorio. The 75 voices of Laudate Singers, Paragon Singers, plus soloists and a 20-piece professional orchestra are thrilled to offer this glorious music on Saturday afternoon December 17th. These cantatas, #1, 3 & 6, were intended by Bach to celebrate Jesus’ birth, the adoration by the shepherds, and the adoration of the magi. You will be delighted with the soloists: brilliant young coloratura soprano Abby Boggs, velvet-voiced countertenor Mark Donnelly, expressive tenor Mark De Silva, exciting young baritone Cameron Killick and rich basso-voiced Barry Honda. With limited seating and just one performance, securing tickets soon is recommended. Livestream tickets are also available, allowing you to watch the concert as often as you like until December 31.
