The first—ever All Hallows Festival in Osoyoos will feature a variety of performances including fire performers, acrobatics, live music and theatre, plus an artisan market and food and drink vendors.
The event will also feature the 3rd annual Witches on the Water on Osoyoos Lake.
Admission is by donation and the event is all ages.
