With a confident voice and boundless energy, Caleigh Cardinal owns a stage, connecting deeply with her audience through humour, passion and love. Her singing is rich and deep with a burnished maturity and a nimble virtuosity that wraps itself around notes with a purr, a snarl or something in the middle. Performing in Summerland with her trio, this evening of music will include sweet guitar strumming as well as Caleigh leading her band in a rocking rave-up. With awards from the 2020 Junos, the 2018 and 2020 Western Canadian Music Awards, (including Songwriter of the Year and Indigenous Artist of the Year), and multiple Edmonton Music Awards, we’re thrilled to present Caleigh and her band here in Summerland.
