Cocktails for a Cause: Virtual Class

We love cocktails! And learning to make new creative cocktails while helping out a great charitable organization (Sagesse Domestic Violence Prevention Society) is even better!

In this Cooking for a Cause event, we will be joined by Geoff Berry, the bar manager at Betty Lou’s Library Speakeasy in Calgary, AB.

Geoff’s cocktail journey began in Vancouver, where he fell in love with cocktails as the host at a cocktail bar/music venue called Guilt & Co. After working his way up to bartender and getting his first drinks on the menu, he relocated to Calgary. Here he found Betty Lou’s Library, where he began as a bartender but quickly worked his way up. Now as the bar manager, he is the driving force behind the cocktail creation at the Best Of Calgary’s Best Cocktail Bar, 2020.

This will be a great chance to learn how to make some great drinks that you can use to impress your friends next time you’re all allowed to be together again.
