Make a cedar bark mat! Join Jessica Silvey, a Coast Salish weaver, to make your own cedar bark mat using plait and twine weaves. This is a beginner’s workshop and the materials are included in the cost. Register on EventBrite: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/150257996713 All abilities welcome. Suitable for ages 15 and up. Limited to 20 participants. Cost: $10, materials included. Pickup at the Lynn Canyon Ecology Centre in North Vancouver starting Tuesday, May 11 – from 10 am to 4 pm daily.
