Our weekly Farmers’ Market turns up the heat for Salsa Fest! As you browse your favourite vendors, sample their salsas and place your votes for the best one. Take a trip to the OXBOW booth where professional chefs will share their hot salsa making tips with you in ongoing demonstrations. Groove to the Latin sounds of the Sweet Beet Stage and get in a free Salsa lesson. Bring your own chips, or get some from the Welcome Tent by donation – all proceeds to the Fresh Food Basket. And be sure to bring the little ones along- there will be games, crafts and of course we need their help deciding the winner of The Big Tomato too!
