Have you ever wondered about dipping your toes into the basics of cheese making? This introduction to two easy, make at home, recipes will be enough to get you going. Chèvre is a soft cheese made from goat’s milk and who doesn’t love a rich silky spreadable cream cheese with a selection of additions for that something special? There will be lots of tasting and enough left over for everyone to take home some fresh cheese so bring a 1 cup container of some sort. Registration Required. $30 per person. (16+)
