The community is invited to join the Otterburn Park Legion to decorate and then help Santa light the outdoor Christmas Tree December 8. Decorating will begin at 4:30 PM and the tree will be illuminated by Father Christmas around 6:PM. Everyone will enjoy free hot chocolate and cookies.
