Music BC, in partnership with Unison Benevolent Fund, is pleased to be hosting two mental health workshops for managers! The two Managers’ Workshops, Promoting Mental Health in Music will be led by Australian psychologist Dr. Chris Stevens on Thursday November 15th & Friday November 16th at Music BC. These intimate workshops will focus on addressing the mental health issues within the music industry including how to: understand mental health as a continuum (from vibrancy to illness); promote good health for self and others; problem solve relevant psychosocial issues at work to provide a heath-enhancing environment.
