After the Great War, people around the world honoured the brave men, women and animals who fought for them on Armistice Day, now renamed Remembrance Day. Gather with us as we reflect on their sacrifice and bravery through letters, poetry and music from the Front. Over the course of the afternoon, explore different aspects of the Great War. Try some soldiers’ food. Learn how they felt through poetry and music. Discover mascots like Winnie the bear and Lestock the coyote. Hold an actual Lee-Enfield rifle.
