Graham Dyck – Well known for his mastery of the Sinatra-esque jazz songbook.  Snider & Stanwyck – Jazz Society members have seen both of these performers at the Bassment before.  Apollo Cruz – Billed as Saskatoon’s answer to Stevie Ray Vaughn, make no doubt about it, Apollo Cruz’s fiery young members “Bring It” each and every time they hit the stage.  Hannah Lissel-DeCorby – Hannah is a third-year music performance major at the U of S and at just 17 years of age she performed with the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra.  B.C. Read – Voted Saskatoon’s top solo act in 2017 by Planet S Mag, local music fans will remember B.C. as part of the wildly popular 80s group MacLachlan Grace & Read.  

Kenny Shields Special Recognition Award – The Saskatoon Musician’s Association formally dedicated an annual Special Recognition Award (for dedicated service to the professional arts) in the name of longtime association member and Canadian rock n’ roll legend Kenny Shields at the Gala Showcase event in 2017.
