LifeCYCLE is more than a cycling event.
It’s about giving back to your Kingston health care sites that have helped your family, friends, and neighbours during all stages of life.
This is a fundraising event, not a race.
The funds raised from Life Cycle will go directly to the next major investment in redevelopment within Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) and Providence Care.
Life Cycle has route options of 24 km, 52 km or 102 km.
All routes are suitable for road bikes.
Routes include check points complete with refreshments and bike mechanics every 20km.
We will also have plenty of support vehicles and volunteers to help you complete the ride.
Join us at the finish line for an afternoon BBQ!
