CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS EVENT

Join us for our second annual Creative Expressions event held in Bruno, Saskatchewan. The event is a way to share what artistic talents people have through crafts, their voices, dance, writing and more. The event holds entertainment such as readings from some great authors, vocalists, crafts, local vendors and so much more. A family-friendly event that has some activities for the children, great food provided by Christy’s Casseroles, and a large variety of handmade and artistic works for the young and old, no matter what gender you are.

Some of this year’s additions include, different vendors, cosplay/costume contest, door prizes (entries by non-perishable or monetary donation – must be there at 3PM to win) in support of the Humboldt Food Bank, a children’s area with free and paid activities, Living Sky Wildlife Rehabilitation, 2 age group origami classes, and more!

4 Paws Games and Publishing decided after going to a craft show that wasn’t all crafts, that it would be nice to have a show that was handmade only. Thus, the Creative Expressions Event was born in 2017. Vickianne Caswell decided that she wanted an event that fit in the arts as well as showcasing the large variety of products and talent in Saskatchewan. “It’s a day to celebrate the arts.” Last year’s entertainment consisted of a few authors and a nice variety of vendors. This year adds a bigger variety in both entertainment and vendors. Vickianne Caswell
and her friend Shannon Worobec have been working on the event since January. “We have a lot of vendors coming in from all around Saskatchewan this year and a lot of time and planning has gone into it.”
