Calling all witches, wizards, fairies and halflings! We are excited to announce Kensington’s Fantasy Faire on Sunday July 29, 2018 from 11 a.m – 5 p.m. This is an evolution of the previously branded Spend a Day in Kensington’s Diagon Alley. Expect the same wizarding wonders, but this year no magic is off limits. A live music stage, tournament field, Quidditch games, life-sized chess board, costume contest presented by Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, University of Calgary’s School of Magic, and over 40 participating businesses. Live sword-fighting sessions, an owl hide-out, parasol duelling, and more will be set up for the day.
