Edmonton Chinatown Tours

Did you know that Edmonton’s Chinatown is the largest in area of any North American Chinatown? Did you know that Chinatown has a few different hearts? Come along for a walk to learn about Chinatown’s past, present, and future. We’ll touch on the history of Edmonton’s two Chinatowns, current development pressures, and visit a few of the businesses on and off 97th Street. The walking tour runs from 10:30 to 12:30 every second Sunday this summer starting on June 10 (June 10, June 24, July 8, July 22, August 12, August 26, September 9, September 16, September 23). If you can’t make it on Sunday, don’t worry! Private tours for groups of 10-12 people can be arranged. Even more so, if you have a specific interest about Chinatown, let us know and we will consider your request.
