There’s Music in the Air

The Marcus Mosely Chorale’s spring concert “There’s Music in the Air” will take place at Highlands United Church in Edgemont Village on Saturday, May 26th at 7:30 pm. “Spring is known as a time of hope and renewal”, explains Marcus Mosely, the Artistic Director of the Chorale. “Music is a method of sharing and celebrating that hope. We’re seeing a lot of tragedy in the world around us, but we’re also seeing communities of strangers ban together to work for a better day. Whether it’s young people fighting for gun control, or a nation in solidarity with a small town that lost their hockey team in a terrible accident, actions make all the difference. In our case, Gospel music is a wonderful way to help celebrate that commitment to and determination for a brighter day”. The show starts at 7:30 pm.
