PALETTE ART SHOW AND SALE

The Calgary Community Painters Society (CCPS) is pleased to announce the Palette Fine Art Show and Sale on Saturday, April 21 at the Triwood Community Association, 2244 Chicoutimi Drive NW, from 10 am to 4 pm. The CCPS is a group of 80 local Calgary artists, founded in 1973. A not-for-profit organization, CCPS’s mission is to encourage the growth and development of Calgary’s artists through exhibitions, workshops and the exchange of artistic knowledge. The Palette art show and sale will feature paintings by many independent artists in a variety of mediums including acrylic, oil, watercolour and mixed media. Palette is an excellent place to buy your first piece of original art, add to your collection or browse for your own pleasure. All artists showing are in attendance and admission is FREE. The selection of art we present is wide and prices are very affordable. Enjoy live art demonstrations throughout the day, and bring your kids so they can create their own artwork and enjoy a “surprise” guided activity at 1 pm.
