3rd Annual Hamilton Game Swap

Game Swap: Saturday, June 9th, 2018 12-3PM St John United Church, 195 East 38th Street Hamilton, Ontario L8V 4G1 We are hosting our 3rd Annual Game Swap! What is a Game Swap? It’s a multi-vendor indoor garage sale in which you sell your games, consoles, memorabilia, etc. and have the ability to shop from other sellers! Old Skool, current, new & used games are welcome. How much is admission? Admission to the sale is FREE! Where is it? This year we have rented out the big gym at the St John United Church (195 East 38th St, Hamilton) There is some free parking & street parking as well. What time is it? The sale runs from 12pm-3pm. How can I sell my items? You can purchase a full table rental for $25. IF YOU ARE WANTING TO SELL, YOU MUST CONTACT US TO RESERVE YOUR TABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is overflow, we can put you on a waiting list, but we need to know you are coming first. :) On the day of the sale, sellers will arrive at 11am with all of your items pre-priced. You will then be assigned a table to display your items to sell. Please bring a money float & plastic bags, as you will be responsible for the money exchange at your table. Tables Length: 8ft Are there any restaurants nearby? We will be selling some snacks (Pop, Water, Pizza) in the room, just up the road is a pizza pizza, several pubs and fast food. Is this a Cash Only sale? Yes at this time, we only accept cash for payments. There is no ATM inside the church, but there is a Scotia Bank & CIBC within driving distance (on Fennell & Upper Gage). Is it accesible by bus? Yes, take the #23 Upper Gage to Fennel Avenue, walk 1 block head down East 38th Street, and the church will be on your right. OR the #22 Upper Ottawa passes right infront of the church. Is it wheelchair accessible? YES! This year we have moved to a venue that is a little more suitable. How do I pay for my table?
