JEM Workshop will be screening the Oscar-nominated documentary LIFE, ANIMATED on April 19 at 7 pm at Cinemas Guzzo Méga- Plex Sphèretech 14 in Saint-Laurent. The powerful film, based on the book by Pulitzer prize-winning author and journalist Ron Suskind, chronicles Suskind’s son’s journey with Autism. Ron Suskind will be present and will take questions following the film. All proceeds will benefit JEM Workshop, an organization that employs individuals with emotional, intellectual, and/or physical disabilities, and helps them to lead productive and fulfilling lives.
