Learn how to make a simple ricotta flavoured with Meyer lemons and a mozzarella with a little kick, prefect for quesadillas! Both are quick work-arounds that can be finished in time for in-class snacking and will give you the basic skills needed for other easy, fresh, make-at-home cheeses. We will also explore ways to use up whey. Registration required.
