The Sainte-Anne Singers present “A Ceremony of Carols”, a concert featuring Benjamin Britten’s joyful setting of medieval carols for voice and harp, as well as Ben Allaway’s exuberant “Tres Villancicos” and Stephen Paulus’s settings of traditional carols, all accompanied by harp and flute. As well, a cappella settings will include Pierre Villette’s “Hymne à la Vierge” and the premiere of a new composition by our tenor Martin Fairbank. Concerts will take place on Saturday, December 9, 8:00 PM at La Présentation Church (665, de l’Église Ave., Dorval) and Sunday, December 10, 3:00 PM, at Union Church (24 Maple St., Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue).
