On November 5th, Calgary’s classical performance ensemble Kensington Sinfonia presents “The Nations” – Telemann’s charming suite of baroque character pieces and dances. Also on the programme, Artistic Director Donovan Seidle and Artistic Director Designate Laura Reid take centre stage for Vivaldi’s challenging Concerto for Two Violins in C Major. Rounding out the concert is the dramatic Ballade, Op. 30 by Quèbècois composer Denis Gougeon.
