The beautiful 13-month wall calendar features Calgary’s CPS K9 heroes in action, as they and their human partners work hard every day to help keep Calgary safe.
2018 marks the fifth anniversary of this CPS K9 unit project, with proceeds going to the Calgary Police Foundation. The Foundation funds six youth-based programs that are not government funded. They are critical programs that our CPS officers and other Calgary professionals are committed to which help prevent crime and keep our kids safe. The programs focus on education, prevention and intervention with children at the most impressionable time of their young lives.
The K9 Heroes Calendar is a critical annual fundraising campaign that makes a significant contribution to the required $2.1M annually that must be raised by the Foundation to fund these programs.
