Run For The Lung is a yearly fundraising event for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) in memory of Jessie McQuitty who lost her fierce battle with CF. Jessie had a vibrant, kind soul with so many passions in life and unfulfilled dreams before losing her battle with the disease at the very young age of 24. Original Joe’s keeps Jessie’s spirit alive with this 5 km fun run/walk that supports Cystic Fibrosis Canada each year. The money raised during this event generates hope through medical advances/research for those people who suffer from this disease.
