VegFest Calgary is a grassroots volunteer-run organization with a focus on positive community engagement and sustainable living. It will be the first outdoor festival in our city centered around all things vegan. This event will unite the community by supporting local businesses, providing public education about the vegan lifestyle, and demonstrating stewardship of our city’s beautiful resources. VegFest Calgary will be a historic event, focused on unifying and enhancing one of the biggest cities in Canada. It will be a day-long FREE outdoor festival, drawing inspiration from some of the most successful VegFests in the world. This community event invites people from all walks of life to an immersive vegan experience, featuring local vegan products, delicious food samples and sales, nationally recognized speakers, talented local musicians, kids activity zone and more. We believe the city is ready to be a part of this massive global movement!
