Excitement is building for Loving Spoonful’s 2nd annual UnWasted Dinner. On August 10, this specially-crafted 5-course dinner will be presented at the Grandview Room at Delta Hotel. Executive Chef for Aqua Terra and the Delta, Brent McAllister, will be hosting 5 other local chefs to take on 400 lbs of surplus food to create this one-of-a-kind dining experience.
