Join Orchesis Dance Society April 29th for a variety of sample classes- ballet, jazz, modern, Dowd Conditioning, hip opening yoga, and a cultural offering from Riya Mittal. Also a seminar on injury prevention and treatment from a physical therapy perspective. Cost ranges from $10 per class to $60 for the day, discount for high school students.
