Spooktacular Newton returns this year for another spook-filled day. Prepare for a day of activities, trick-or-treating, and entertainment! And be sure to grab your pumpkins, by donation to the Surrey Food Bank, on the way out! Spooktacular Newton is Surrey’s only free, family-friendly Halloween street festival; join us on October 24 and be sure to come in your costume!
