AMI-Quebec’s 2026 Mental Health Forum: Rethinking Mental Illness from the Body Up: Metabolism, Medication, and Recovery is coming up on October 29th.
Dr. Matthew Bernstein will explain how metabolic health shapes the brain; what interventions like nutrition, ketogenic therapy, exercise, and sleep can and cannot do; and how this widens the toolkit for recovery from mental illness — including the careful, collaborative question of when medication helps and when it can be safely reduced.
