Dragon Festival is a four-day event in August, in the heart of Edmonton’s Chinatown. The celebration features the Pan-American Lion Dance Championship, Taste of Chinatown street food market, outdoor cinema, cultural performances, artisan vendors, and family-friendly activities. Watch elite lion dance teams from across North America compete in a spectacular showcase of athleticism, rhythm, and tradition while exploring the legendary flavours, stories, and cultures that make Chinatown so unique.
