Facilitation Lab Vancouver offers a hands-on environment where you can test ideas, navigate real challenges, and strengthen your skills through practice. This session uses the Practice Playground format — an interactive structure where participants rotate between facilitating, role-playing, and giving feedback. It’s experiential, supportive, and focused on practical growth rather than theory.
