So, You’re Bringing Home a Baby? is a free, drop-in prenatal series for expecting caregivers and their support people. Join us for relaxed, meaningful sessions that build connection, confidence, and community before baby arrives — attend one, a few, or all sessions. Every Wednesday in March at 6:30 pm.
Wednesday, March 4th – Connected Beginnings: A welcoming introduction to the REYFRC and the supports available before and after baby arrives. Explore connection and caring for parental mental health. Create and take home a small postpartum care package, and end the evening with a gentle prenatal yoga session. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available at the centre.
Wednesday, March 11th – Nourish: Nurture Explore simple nutrition strategies for pregnancy and the early days with baby. Prepare a freezer-friendly meal to take home for after baby arrives.
Wednesday, March 18th – Move: Soothe Discover gentle movement and breath practices that support comfort, calm, and connection during pregnancy and beyond. You will leave with simple tools to use during early labour and for bonding with your baby.
Wednesday, March 25th – Stories: Songs for Baby Learn how reading, singing, and storytelling can begin before baby is born and continue into the early years. Take home a new book to start your baby’s home library.
