Over $80,000 in guaranteed cash and prizes will be won at this year’s Falcon Lake Winter Fish-Off, including a $20,000 grand prize.
Anglers can enter the derby site at 9 am, with fishing to occur between 11 am and 2 pm.
All fish will be weighted. Heaviest fish wins the derby!
Bait is available for sale at the derby site. Portable shacks are permitted but not allowed to be set up until the starting horn sounds. Holes will be pre-drilled by derby officials approximately 4 to 20 feet in depth.
Hot food and drinks will be served all day on the ice by Danny’s Whole Hog. Tent and picnic tables will be provided for seating.
A portion of proceeds will support the St. Amant Foundation.
