A free family event for heart month. Our event has an emphasis on women’s heart health – raising awareness of risk factors, actionable tips. Various stations for kids and adults – speaker sessions, science corner, track walking and Zumba. St. John ambulance is on hand for CPR and AED instruction. An information zone for various organizations to share knowledge plus more! Sponsored by St Boniface Hospital, the Wellness Institute, HeartLife, institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and so many supporters!
