The must-attend show for West Coast Design will return to the Vancouver Convention Centre this September. Join North America’s premier design platform, where visionary brands converge with an influential community of 25,000 discerning professionals and design enthusiasts. In addition to highlighting Canadian design, IDS Vancouver, presented by JennAir, will be showcasing exhibitors from all around the world, giving visitors a perspective on the future of design across the globe. Highlights: ILLUMINATE IDS Vancouver is proud to unveil ILLUMINATE, an extraordinary new lighting-focused show section launching this September. Featuring a dramatic industrial scaffold structure, ILLUMINATE creates the perfect backdrop for showcasing cutting-edge design and innovation. NIGHT & DAY Feature exhibit Night & Day spotlights leading designers and manufacturers in the hospitality sector. Multiple spaces, each created by a leading interior designer or architect, portray the latest trends, technology, and avant-garde ideas that will shape the discipline for the next few years. Studio North & Prototype Studio North and Prototype offer an exclusive look at the works of the future. In Studio North a group of independent product designers exhibit their custom and one-off creations within a gallery-like setting, while Prototype lets designers unveil both to-market and conceptual products not currently in production for the residential market COLLECT IDS Vancouver is thrilled to be partnering with their sister event, the Artist Project, for 2025 with the COLLECT Fine Art section. COLLECT is a group exhibition featuring contemporary artists showcasing new collections perfect for any interior. All artwork will be available for sale through the artist. The District The District is IDS Vancouver’s neighbourhood that features fresh collections of design products for the home. It is the marketplace to visit for designers to show and sell to discerning consumers and industry insiders. Vendors will be presenting their design products, with a focus on socially and environmentally sustainable practices in production and materials sourcing. Keynotes & Seminars IDS Vancouver will be hosting a program of accredited seminars taking place on the exposition’s trade day. The seminars will discuss a range of topics across themes of Building the Design Business, Climate Change & Social Responsibility, Innovation and Technology Trends, and more.
