Leisa Rich’s The Metamorphosis explores dynamic transformation within interactive environments! Inspired by the ever-changing nature of human expression and movement, this project pushes the boundaries of traditional art by inviting the public to not only observe, but actively engage in the artistic process. Using and reusing textile materials, her work explores new, the old, and the renewed through transcending passive observation and introducing audiences to a novel experience that redefines their interaction with art. Encounter novelty through The Metamorphosis, from July 31st to August 6th at various locations in and around Downtown Kingston businesses.
