Gallaghers Art Show and Sale

Gallaghers Canyon Arts announces their 22nd annual Art Show and Sale. A variety of art and craft items will be for sale and on display, including paintings, pottery, jewelry, photographs, fibre arts, woodwork and more. The show is open to the public Saturday and Sunday, Aug 9 and 10 from 10 AM to 4 PM, at the Village at Gallaghers Canyon, 4360 Gallaghers Drive East. Joan Patridge, the President of Gallaghers Canyon Arts, explained that their mission is to provide residents living at Gallaghes Canyon an opportunity to share, improve, inspire and exhibit their artistic skills through classes, exhibitions, demonstrations and workshops by well-known Kelowna artists. “We are excited to share the artistic talents of Gallagher’s residents with the Okanagan community and invite everyone to come to the Art Show and Sale to celebrate with us.” Artists will be painting on site and talk about their work Enjoy a scenic drive. Follow the signs to the Gallaghers Golf Course. There is plenty of parking, free admission and a door prizes.
