On Monday July 28th, Terry Fox’s birthday, the Terry Fox Foundation will be hosting a FREE event to celebrate the launch of “T is for Terry: An ABC of Courage”. The celebration will feature remarks from the Fox Family and include a variety of activities, including a book reading, face painting, and themed activities designed to entertain and educate children about Terry’s inspiring story. The event will take place at the historic Scarborough Civic Centre, which Terry visited and spoke at during his Marathon of Hope over 45 years ago.
