On March 1st the registered charity, Endometriosis Events will be hiking to raise awareness for the 1 in 10 affected with Endometriosis. Celebrate Endometriosis Awareness Month with a day of fresh air, friendship and fun in a guided 6km light hike in Toronto’ Downsview Park. The fee is $15 and includes a guided hike by trained hike leaders, healthy snacks, guided breathwork and a yellow toque.
