880 CHED is warming up our voices to support The Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree at the Edmonton Expo Centre Arena from December 12th – 15th!
You may think by the name that it is a singing Christmas tree. And you’d be right. It’s a 35-foot-tall towering presence of a tree with over 150 of Alberta’s most dedicated choir singers. Add a full orchestra under the leadership of conductor and choirmaster Emmanuel Mannie Fonte. Top it off with incomparable Edmonton pianist John Cameron, with a list of his friends who just happen to be some of Alberta’s most talented and celebrated stage singers and each bright light in the tree is focused on bringing the joy of the season to each and every one of you!
